About Event

Barefoot Birder is a journey for beginners to enhance their skills in observing birds, identifying them and empowering them to make a positive impact towards environment conservation.

It is a four week- nine module course beginning on the 17th November, 2018 till the 15th December, 2018 (Only Weekends) which aims to enable a participant to take the plunge into the world of birds, their mysteries and stories for citizens of all levels and backgrounds to come together, be inspired and connect with nature, through hands on learning about birds which are found around the Delhi-NCR region under the tutelage of WWF-India's Naturalist and Wildlife Biologist.

The Barefoot Birder course delves into the secret world of birds and is a voyage of discovery. We would like to take you on a unique journey through nature which will include learning about these vibrant species and provide you with insight on the various threats faced by them, both immediate and long-term.
